Let's Work Together

Workshops

I offer hands-on workshops that can be delivered via Zoom or in person for groups of three or more. You don’t have to be part of a workplace or team — just come with curiosity and a willingness to learn. These sessions are designed to be approachable, engaging, and practical, no matter your comfort level with AI. Each one introduces a different aspect of how to use AI thoughtfully and creatively in real life and work.

1

Core AI Skills: A Practical Workshop for Nonprofits and Professionals

This two-hour session blends the most valuable elements of my AI Jumpstart and Prompting 101 workshops into one focused, practical experience. Whether you're new to AI or already using tools like ChatGPT, this workshop will help you build confidence and clarity around how to use AI effectively and responsibly. We’ll explore the TAP model (Train, Adjust, Polish) for improving AI outputs, and the BRIDGE model for identifying how AI can support brainstorming, research, content creation, insight generation, and task efficiency. Topics include: What AI is (and isn’t), and how to use it with purpose How to craft prompts that are clear, specific, and results-oriented Where AI fits in your workflow—and how to keep the process human-centered Responsible use, ethical considerations, and practical use cases tailored to your role The session is interactive, with examples and guidance adjusted in real time based on participants' goals and needs. A short pre-workshop questionnaire helps ensure the content is relevant and immediately useful. Length: 2 hours (includes a short break) Format: Interactive, conversational, and grounded in real-world nonprofit and professional use

From Guesswork to Great Results: AI Prompting 101

This workshop offers a deeper dive into how to craft prompts that actually work. We explore the full TAP framework (Train, Adjust, Polish) with real examples tailored to your context —whether you're working in a nonprofit, running a small business, or applying AI in everyday tasks. You'll learn how to treat AI like a capable assistant, giving it the right context and direction, then iterating based on its responses. We’ll cover prompting principles, patterns, and use cases that demystify the process and help you gain more control over your results. $40/person or $30/person for a group of three or more. Available locally or on Zoom.

A Guided Tour of ChatGPT’s Best (and Most Overlooked) Features

ChatGPT is the most-used AI tool in the world—and for good reason. In this hour-long workshop, we’ll take a hands-on tour of ChatGPT’s most powerful built-in features. You’ll learn how to: create unique visuals with Image Generation, draft long-form content using Canvas, organize your work with memory-aware Projects, streamline repetitive processes through Tasks, and go beyond Google with Deep Research capabilities. If you're still using AI to write emails and search the internet, this session will give you smarter, faster ways to collaborate with ChatGPT and do more with less.

One-on-One

Some things just click faster when you talk to a real person. Whether you're just beginning or already experimenting, one-on-one sessions give you focused time to ask questions, apply frameworks like BRIDGE and TAP to your real work, and get personalized support as you build skills and confidence.

My one-on-one work is built for transformation—helping you think differently, work smarter, and use AI in ways that align with your goals, values, and voice.

Personalized AI Strategy Series

This series brings together the full content from my three core workshops—AI Jumpstart, Prompting 101, and the ChatGPT Tour—customized entirely to your goals, pace, and context. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to move beyond overwhelm and into clarity, with structure and support. We begin with a discovery call to understand your workflows and where AI might serve you best. From there, we meet for three focused 90-minute sessions, followed by a check-in call and one hour of asynchronous support for questions, strategy reviews, or feedback. Includes: 1 30-minute discovery call 3 x 90-minute strategy sessions 1 follow-up call 1 hour of asynchronous support (email, text, phone, Zoom, or your favorite coffee shop!) Investment: $350 Not sure if you’re ready to commit? You can start with a one-time Clarity Session ($25 for one hour) to explore your goals and ask focused questions. If you decide to move forward, that session fee will be applied toward the full series.

Workshops

Whether you’re just beginning to explore what AI can do or looking to build a more thoughtful strategy, I offer practical, human-centered support to help you use AI with clarity, creativity, and confidence. From hands-on workshops to one-on-one coaching and organizational strategy, every offering is rooted in my two core frameworks — BRIDGE and TAP — and tailored to meet you where you are. My goal is to help you use AI in ways that feel useful, not overwhelming; aligned, not automated.
